Effectivity Assessment
An Effectivity Assessment focuses on delivering a wide-ranging
productivity assessment that compares performance to industry data
and identifies measurable improvements that are tied to the tasks
required to improve CMM® level performance. Each recommendation
targets improvement in productivity and reductions in time to market,
delivered defects, total defects and maintenance effort. The resulting
recommendations provide an organization with a roadmap to better
leverage effort and cost to achieve true benefit in the next improvement
cycle and beyond.
The assessment can be performed in conjunction with a recently
completed CMM assessment or with SPR's CMM Assessment Partner (Integrated
System Diagnostics).
