SPR KnowledgePLAN  guides  users - intuitively, informatively and with insight - through the development of a software project estimate and plan.  Project estimation may be a new discipline - and only one of many responsibilities - for many KnowledgePLAN users. With this in mind, we at SPR designed KnowledgePLAN to develop an initial estimate to efficiently guide users through the refinement or 'what if' processes.
