Estimates developed in KnowledgePLAN can be easily modified by inserting user- defined tasks, or deleting and modifying existing tasks. Parent/child relationships can be established or modified. Adjustments to task duration and scheduling, as well as recording task actuals, can be accomplished through the project Gantt. From the Calendars dialog box, you can create and edit calendars for projects and resources. SPR KnowledgePLAN uses these calendars to perform scheduling calculations. A critical path schedule is calculated for the purposes of developing a KnowledgePLAN estimate. |
