KnowledgePLAN® User/Administrator Support

SPR provides a variety of options to help you with questions about our products, Function Point Methodology, Software Project Estimation, and planning for measurement.

Technical Product Support provides customized technical expertise via telephone and web for KnowledgePLAN®, Function Point Workbench™ SCOPE™ and other SPR products. No-charge telephone and email support is included in the maintenance agreement for licensed customers. You can reach our Technical Support Team directly by dialing 1.877.570.5459 (outside North America, please call: +1.973.273.5829), and selecting option 5.

Training Courses provide assistance on the use of our products (KnowledgePLAN, Function Point Workbench, etc.) and methodologies (formal software project estimation, IFPUG Function Point Analysis Methodology.) No-charge telephone and email support is included in the annual maintenance contract for licensed customers. If you do not have a current maintenance agreement with SPR for your product, we can establish (or renew) an agreement over the telephone. We accept payment over the phone via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
