SPR provides a variety of options to help you with questions about our products, Function Point Methodology, Software Project Estimation, and planning for measurement.

Technical Product Support provides customized technical expertise via telephone and web for SPR KnowledgePLAN®, Function Point Workbench™, SCOPE™ and other SPR products. No-charge telephone and email support is included in the Annual Maintenance Contract for licensed customers. If you do not have a current maintenance agreement with SPR for your product, support is available on an ad-hoc fee basis.  If you wish to purchase or renew a maintenance agreement, please contact Customer Service as directed above.

Training Courses provide assistance on the use of our products (SPR KnowledgePLAN®, Total Metrics SCOPE™, Function Point Workbench™, etc.) and methodologies (formal software project estimation, IFPUG Function Point Analysis Methodology.)
