Introduction to Function Point Analysis
This class provides participants with a deep understanding of IPFUG 4.1 function points AND hands-on experience applying the concepts. Upon completion participants will understand the counting process, application boundaries, IFPUG counting practices and general system characteristics. In addition, SPR's class clearly defines application and project counts. This is an IFPUG Certified Class.
Introduction to Software Estimation
This class explores the concept of developing parametric software estimates based on functional size, coupled with project and organizational capabilities. Techniques required for estimation early in the project life cycle, as well as later, are explored. The class is built on a combination of lecture, discussion and case study.
